Venture Caravans and Motorhomes has become an authorised dealer for Carado motorhomes and campervans, starting from this season.
Carado is the second Erwin Hymer Group brand the Northamptonshire- and Hertfordshire-based dealer has taken on, it having become a Bürstner dealer in 2025, currently stocking ‘vans from the brand such as the Habiton 6.0 and Signature 7.0.
In fact the company claims its success with Bürstner over the past two seasons is what has led it to become a Carado dealer as well. It says taking on Carado will allow it to offer campervans and motorhomes at a more affordable rate. It also stocks new Bailey vehicles.
The German brand started life in 2006 as a budget range from Hymer itself, but has since moved on to become a brand in its own right, with a headquarters in the Allgäu region in southern Germany and factories in Neustadt near Dresden in eastern Germany and Nowa Sol in Poland.
Demonstrator vehicles have already arrived at Venture’s two branches at Daventry in Northamptonshire and Hitchin in Hertfordshire, including the innovative CV541 Pro with its built-in staircase, the V337 Pro+ and the cv600+.
Until 15 November Venture is running special offers for customers buying a new Carado. These include a free 10-inch infotainment package normally costing £1560 on various models, and a free engine and gearbox upgrade worth up to £3260 on Ford-based Edition 27 low-profile motorhomes.
Tony Cumberland, account manager for imported brands at the Erwin Hymer Group, said, ” Venture brings over 55 years of top-tier customers service to the Carado brand.”
The appointment follows on from the launch of the latest model from Redline Campers, Venture’s own campervan brand, at the Motorhome & Caravan Show at the NEC in October.
