The organizers of the legendary catamaran race, The Worrell 1000, have announced the event’s return, officially scheduled for 2028.

Thirty-two GP14s travelled to Howth Yacht Club on the 4th and 5th of July for the GP14 Leinster Championship. With the World Championships at Royal North of Ireland Yacht Club only a few weeks away, the event was good practice.

Day 2 of the Noble Marine Streaker National Championship at Sunderland YC began with an overcast sky. Light winds were forecast all day and races 2 and 3 of the championship were completed before the breeze switched off completely.

If Friday was fantastic, then Saturday was stunning, as Portland Harbour put the calms of Thursday into distant memory with a cracking 12 knot breeze, gusting up to 14 in the afternoon.
