Bryon Ehrhart’s Lucky was lucky to make the start of the Sydney to Auckland Ocean Race today, but make it the Juan K 88 from the USA did and led the charge to Sydney Heads, turning left at 1.12pm after the 1pm start near Sow & Pigs Reef at Watsons Bay.

12th Carey Olsen Jersey Regatta
The Carey Olsen Jersey Regatta swansong proved to be a story of two halves, this year. Originally scheduled for 12-14 September, high winds caused this ‘flagship’ event to be postponed to 26-28 September when conditions were certainly more benign.

DF95 Met and Southern Travellers Series overall
The final round of the series is now complete. Six of the planned seven events took place. Unfortunately, Hampton Court had to cancel but hope to be back in 2026.
