Here are the 10 motorhome products under £10 that I can’t resist during Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days event

We completely understand – buying everything that you need for your motorhome isn’t cheap. I bought a campervan a couple of months ago, and every time I think I’ve got all the kit required, something else pops up that I hadn’t thought of.

But the good news is that not everything that you need has to be pricey – as I found out when I had a browse through Amazon’s Big Prime Deals event, which takes place on 7-8 October. There are quite a few bits of kit that I think are perfect for your motorhome, all of which come in at less than £10, and many of which will leave you quite a lot of change from a tenner.

So, in no particular order, here are my picks of some fantastic motorhoming bargains this Amazon Big Prime Deals event. You can also take a look at the Prime Day bargains I’m most tempted to buy for my campervan.

5-Piece Space Saving Kitchen Accessories
Image: Amazon

5-piece space-saving kitchen accessories was £11.99 now £8.99

I couldn’t resist this neat little set for my campervan when I saw it during a previous Prime event – it features five handy gadgets (a peeler, a garlic grinder, a pizza cutter, a grater and a bottle opener) that are perfect for stowing in your motorhome’s cutlery drawer. They’re all kept together on a ring as well, to keep them all together and close at hand when you need them, and they’re stackable, which saves even more space.

Despite the low price they feel really good quality, and I also like the fact that there are various colours to choose from, too.

Whether you use the campsite showers or your own in your motorhome, it’s always so handy to have a practical washbag to keep your toiletries tidy and to hand. The breathable mesh fabric will help everything inside dry out, there’s a selection of attractive colours to choose from, and you certainly can’t beat the low price the Amazon Prime Big Deals event.

Caravan King Lemon Toilet Refresher Spray

Caravan King Lemon Toilet Refresher Spray was £5.99 now £5.09

It’s important to use a good motorhome toilet chemical, but even with the best ones you can sometimes notice a bit of a smell lingering, particularly when the weather is warm.

That’s where Caravan King’s antibacterial refresher spray comes in: it addresses bacteria to help get rid of unpleasant odours quickly and easily, and will also sanitise surfaces, too, all while leaving behind a zesty lemon fragrance. It’s safe for use on plastic surfaces, and the 500ml bottle shouldn’t prove too large to store in a handy location in your washroom.

Whether you’re cleaning your motorhome of winter grime, getting it ready to put into storage or simply want to make it shine, a good cleaner is really important. Triplewax is a very well known brand in the automotive sector and this shampoo is a great price during Amazon’s Prime Big Deals event, particularly as it’s a good-sized, one-litre bottle, too.

Electronics organiser

Electronics Travel Organiser was £9.99 now £7.99

As technology progresses and our dependence on electronic devices grows, it’s impossible to avoid having to take lots of leads, chargers and gadgets away in your motorhome each time you go away. I’m always losing mine in the depths of lockers and cupboards, so I’m very tempted to buy one of these handy zipped organisers to help keep everything neat and tidy.

It features a variety of mesh pockets and holders in which you can slot your kit, making sure it’ll be ready and waiting for you whenever you need it. A variety of colours is available if the grey doesn’t appeal.

General Medi Mini First Aid Kit
Image: Amazon

General Medi Mini First Aid Kit was £9.95 now £7.19

Every motorhome should have a first-aid kit to cover basic medical emergencies, and there are a few on sale during Amazon’s Prime Big Deals event. This compact one caught my eye; despite its small dimensions, it has 92 pieces to treat minor injuries, including plasters of various shapes and sizes, cleanishing wipes, an emergency blanket, cotton swabs, bandages, first-aid tape, safety pins and more.

There’s also a guide to help walk you through basic first aid, and everything is packed neatly into a zipped and waterproof pouch – its 18x12cm size means that it is easy to pack away in a locker or glove compartment, too.

Mondoshop Fire Blanket

Mondoshop Fire Blanket was £9.99 now £8.49

As well as a first-aid kit (and a fire extinguisher), you should also carry a fire blanket in your motorhome and keep it within easy reach. You don’t need to spend a fortunate, as this deal on Amazon’s Prime Big Deals event demonstrates: the 1x1m blanket is well priced, conforms to CE EN 1869:2019 standards and could prove invaluable in the event of a fire in your vehicle’s kitchen.

It comes stowed in a soft red case and can be easily mounted on a wall; in an emergency, simply smother the (oil or liquid) fire with the blanket.

Blukar rechargeable LED Torch
Image: Amazon

Blukar rechargeable LED Torch was £11.99 now £6.99

There are lots of bits of kit that are helpful when you go away in your motorhome, but I think that there are few as essential as a decent torch. Yes, you could use the one on your phone, but a small torch stowed away in a locker in case of emergency is always a great idea.

This rechargeable, compact and aluminium example that I spotted on Amazon looks like a good deal – it has four lighting modes for various situations, and is very bright, at 2000 lumens. It has a built-in 1800mAh battery that can be recharged via the supplied USB cable, and the manufacturers claim that it will run for up to 16 hours.

Beldray Collapsible Dish Drainer
Image: Amazon

Beldray Collapsible Dish Drainer was £11.99 now £8.49

I loved this collapsible dish drainer so much when I spotted it last year that I bought one for my own campervan, so it’s great to see it on sale again this year. It’s a fantastic piece of kit: simply push the bottom to expand it, and it will hold all of your washing up safely and securely until you’re ready to dry it or put it away.

The dedicated cutlery holder means that knives and forks can be drained vertically, and the ridges in the bottom keep plates and cups upright. Best of all, it’s easy to fold flat again and compact enough to pack away quickly – I keep mine in a locker below the sink.
